Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of domain purchase must be made within 2 days of purchase and domain transfer must not be initiated by seller. Requests received later than 5 business days will be treated as no cancellation of order.

After receiving the cancellation request the entire amount or any deduction will be refunded via original
method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

Refund Policy
If you determine that domain order meet the cancellation policy, we recommend you either contact us to arrange a refund (if you purchased the product within the past 7 days). The refund will be initiated within 24hr and will be refunded via original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days
